TWO DAYS?!?!?!?!?!?!

In just TWO days it will be Christmas!! Where has the time gone?! I still haven't mailed out cards but I'm hoping to get some cute pictures of the family tomorrow or the next day to put on a card. Hey, I'll just be the different one who sends Christmas cards AFTER Christmas!! :)

For Christmas this year I bought Memaw a dachshund puppy. Her name is Mocha and she's adorable!! Here are some cute pictures of her!! Memaw already loves her and Mocha loves her too!!!!

Thinks I'm Thinking As We're Only One Week Away....

I LOVE my new job...can't wait to get settled in and in the groove.....

I have done NO shopping this year....haven't had time...should make for a fun time this weekend....

I have done NO baking this year....

It doesn't really feel like Christmas to me for some reason right now....

My tree is crooked....

I need more time than just seven days....

I don't think I'll work this weekend so I'll have plenty of time to do the stuff that's really important ;).....

I wish I'd had an easier time leading up to this last week so I wasn't so stressed out....
I'm going to do my best to forget the stress and enjoy this last week....

I'd better get the house cleaned up and invite the grandparents over for Christmas morning....

Oh crap I still haven't done Christmas cards!!!

Single Digits!!

Only 9 days until Christmas?!?!?!?! Wow where did the time to?! This year is quickly drawing to a close, and it is ending better than I thought it would. Things are still sort of crappy in ways, but you know what? I have a positive feeling about 2008. I mean, really, when you reach rock bottom and life keeps piling more rocks in on top of you what choice do you have but to use those rocks to climb up?! That's what we're doing...

And we're starting right now! I started a Home Health job that is awesome...the work is interesting and I'm able to do it on the weekends...because on Monday I start working for a Cardiology practice!! I'm going to be THE nurse and I'm so very excited!!!! It's right in my wheelhouse and I'm looking forward to it! After all, it's been my dream to work in Cardiology!! Who knows maybe this is my entrance into Med School, Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, or perhaps PA school?? I see things just really opening up for me and I know things are going to be better. I'm ready for better. How about you?
